PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
This product is suitable for the manufacture and inspection of high performance hard PVC pipes and fittings for water supply in outdoor burial ground and pipe gallery where the water temperature is not more than 45 °C.
High performance hard PVC pipe
PVC pipe with minimum required strength (MRS) greater than or equal to 2.5 MPa is used as raw material, which is extruded into shape and has an integral steel framework sealing ring ring structure, referred to as "pvc-uh pipe".

Note: Steel skeleton seal flaring embedded at the same time expanding the pipe mouth, flaring prefabricated directly by the sealing ring grooves structure forming, flaring, after the completion of form into a type of steel skeleton seal socket structure. The damage cases, bearing the mouth of the sealing ring out.
PRODUCT FEATURES1. Raw materials1.1. PVC-UH pipes1.1.1. The materials for the production of PVC-UH pipes shall be graded mixed ingredients with MRS greater than or equal to 25.0mpa.1.1.2. The performance of mixed ingredients used in the production of PVC-UH pipes shall comply with the provisions in table 12. Connecting parts2.1, PVC material connectorThe connecting parts made of PVC material shall comply with the provisions of GB/ T 10002.2.2.2, PE material connectorThe base material of PE material connection shall adopt PE100 grade mixing materials in accordance with GB/T 13663.22005.
