PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
This product is made of PVC resin as the main raw material and extruded high performance PVC pipe for low pressure sewage and drainage (referred to as "PVC-UH low pressure sewage and drainage pipe").
This product is suitable for the manufacture and inspection of PVC-UH low pressure sewage pipes in outdoor buried ground and pipe gallery. In the case of trenchless laying of outdoor buried ground, the pipe should use a socket structure with anti-release device. For used inside the pipe rack, pipe should be fixed in accordance with the relevant standard design and supporting device. Under the condition of chemical resistance and heat resistance, it can also be used in the manufacture and inspection of low pressure or no pressure sewage pipes for industrial use.
This product is not suitable for building sewage and drainage PVC pipe system.
High performance PVC pipe for low pressure drainage
The raw material of this product is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) mixed batting, through extrusion molding, the nominal pressure of preparation is not less than 0.32mpa, and it has an integral forming steel frame sealing ring socket structure for sewage and drainage pipes, "PVC-UH low-pressure sewage and drainage pipes ".
Steel frame seal ring
PVC-UH pipe is sealed with a strip steel frame lining.
Note: the steel skeleton sealing ring is embedded into the pipe mouth at the same time. The groove structure of the mouth opening is prefabricated directly by the sealing ring. After the completion of the mouth opening, an integral steel skeleton sealing ring structure is formed. In case of no damage, the sealing ring of the socket mouth shall not come out.
PRODUCT FEATURESAccording to the nominal ring stiffness, the pipe is divided into 5 grades :SN2, SN4, SN8, SN12.5 and Sn16.
1, Color
The color shall be green, and the color of the pipe shall be uniform. In case of special color requirements, both parties shall negotiate and decide.
2, Appearance
The inner and outer walls of the pipe should be smooth, and bubbles, cracks, depressions and discoloration lines are not allowed. The end of the pipe should be cut flat and perpendicular to the axis.
3. Specifications and dimensions
The length of the pipe is generally 4m, 6m, 9m or 12m. For special requirements, the two parties shall negotiate and decide. Negative deviation is not allowed for the length of pipe.
